VIEUX-QUEBEC POP-UP KITCHEN

Transporting hungry revellers from the north terrace of Trafalgar Square to the beating heart of Vieux-Quebec, our Canada Day pop-up introduced London to the very best of Quebequois barbeque.

Recreating a summer's day in the iconic old town, the square's first ever pop-up restaurant marked the 146th anniversary of Canadian Independence and saw Shuttlecock's very own Ollie Templeton team up with Toronto master chef, Marc St. Jacques, for a landmark NATO* operation.
